Caleb Haley & Co., L.L.C. is one of the oldest, largest, and experienced wholesale seafood providers in the New Fulton Fish Market. Highly dedicated to preserving business integrity, superior service and quality at competitive prices, the company was founded in 1859 by Mr. Caleb Haley. Our company began at the Historic Fulton Fish Market in downtown Manhattan. In November of 2005, Caleb Haley & Company relocated to the newly renovated, HAACP approved state-of-the-art facility located in Bronx, New York. The new 40,000 square-feet 85 million-dollar building at the Hunts Point Terminal Market is a premium, secure facility in Bronx, New York. Our loyal customers include seafood markets, white-cloth restaurants, gourmet food services, large distributors, businesses throughout the tri-state region and retailers.
Our Quality Products
Due to our years of experience, Caleb Haley has priority buying status with our suppliers, allowing us to offer continuous supplies of diverse selections even when availability is short. For years, we have been the leading, and sometimes sole, company selling red snappers.
We demand the highest quality for all our products, taking special care to guarantee that all our suppliers are HAACP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) compliant. This ensures that our products are processed and stored at the highest standards of quality in the industry. Once we approve the quality of our products, we make certain to maintain optimal freshness and quality according to strict HAACP guidelines.
We adhere to the strictest HAACP guidelines on hygiene practices to assure freshness and quality. Upon arrival, all products are recorded with thorough visual and manual inspection by our HAACP certified staff. Using modern cold storage technology, we are able to store mass quantities of daily shipment loads to accommodate our expanding customer base.
